Essential functions of this role include:

• Provides technical writing and proposal writing assistance to the operations and proposals teams.
• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
• Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
• Assists with document reviews and reproduction.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Exercises independent judgement and discretion when writing summaries of the information gathered during the PRP Search Process and analyzes documents for evidentiary value, strength, and admissibility under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA).

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of federal and/or state experience in the environmental industry.
• At least 3 years of federal and state technical writing/editing and proposal writing experience.
• Experience in AK as well as the lower 48 states required.
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency required.
